This place was amazing but we were disappointed that the hot tub thermostat could not be set above 88. The water was too cold and it appears the owners controlled the temp from their phone and after many calls, it never worked and we never got to enjoy the hot tub.

Pineapple Plantation is truly a home away from home. Hi John! We are home wishing we were back everyday ha! We had a wonderful time at the Cape and I can see it becoming our “go-to”. Sanibel will always be special to us but the drive to the Cape is so much closer and the sunsets cannot be beat! Yes, the shelling scoops and camping chairs were wonderful and I am still so impressed by that hospitality, having those available with such short notice just for our trip, wow! The grill of course was also wonderful to have, we had great home cooked meals every night without the need to come in early, dress, and coordinate 7 people to and from a restaurant. The elevator (after we figured out the switch at top snafu) was awesome for our parents … and luggage 😁. But you know, those beach towels, all.those.beach.towels were sooo convenient right there! Just when I hadn’t quite washed yet, we just grabbed another! The kitchen appliances were right on! The Keurig is what we use at home and…we also have the induction cooktop and smart thermostats too so it really was likely being home. This is our first time to stay at a beach house vs condo and I gotta say, being able to leave everything outside by the door and not having to take it up stairs through the living area to a balcony was awesome! I really don’t know what you could add. The pool has every amenity I can think of…all the noodles and those Big Joe chairs are spot on! I mean I’m trying to figure out how to get a pool at home now ha! My sister and her husband were the only 2 family members who didn’t make the trip this time and we are trying to figure out how we can fit in the house next year. With the bunks and pull out couch, I think we can make it work. Again, thank you so much. I have told all who ask how accommodating you and Coastline are to your guests. Truly top notch service.

Elizabeth Team's had our location ready to go on time and followed up with us after we checked in, to make sure everything was 100%. We had zero issues with the Location and it was very clean. The Rental Company dropped off our items for the beach on time and picked up on time. High Recommend Coastline over any regular Airbnb etc..

Our stay at Port St. Joe was very relaxing, the house we rented for the week provided all the accommodations needed for the stay. The enclosed pool and patio area was fun and relaxing. Some played in the pool while others did the grilling. House was clean, all conveniences were functioning properly, such as washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher. Mermaid Landing is a wonderful place to stay for vacation! Port St. Joe is a quiet small town.

We rented thru Coastline for our family vacation on Cape San Blas FL. The home we rented was GORGEOUS. Even better than the description. Unfortunately, our vacation was cut short as we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene. Coastline rentals and their staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with during this experience. They not only treated us very fairly, but also with compassion. We really appreciate that.

This was our 2nd year staying at Pineapple Planation which is managed by Coastline Vacation Rentals. We love it so much, I'm not sure where to start! First off, I had interactions with both Kara and Elizabeth with Coastline and they were great to work with! Also, the owner of this home could not be more accommodating and he truly treats his renters the way he would want to be treated if he was on vacation. Pineapple Plantation itself is a great value for the location, size of home and all the amenities that are included. Don't worry about packing much of anything other than your clothes and swimsuits because this house is stocked from the inside out. The kitchen has everything you need from an air fryer to a stockpot for shrimp boils to bag clips for your chips! The beach gear supplied is plentiful; chairs, beach towels, coolers, sand toys, beach wagons (the good kinds with the inflated tires) and so much more. I'm not typically a "pool person" when I'm on a beach vacation, but the private pool at this home is so nice to relax in. There is a very short walk to the beach and you do get some views from the home. I have always been leery when a home is described as a "short walk", but this truly is a very short walk - take it from someone who isn't a fan of long or shortish walks. :) Looking forward to our next stay at Pineapple Plantation!

Our party of 6 (three couples) had a wonderful long weekend at Rips Reef. This is a special house! A short walk to the community's private beach and the home's wonderful private pool are certainly highlights. The screened porch overlooking the pool with ocean views is where we spent a good bit of time. Large kitchen and updated furnishings a big plus. CSB is a wonderful, quiet beach escape with Port St. Joe and many restaurants nearby. Coastline was super responsive and worked hard to make our post hurricane visit possible. THANKS!

Twist of Lime exceeded our expectations! This house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family. The elevator was a definite bonus! We loved walking down to the beach in the morning to fish, going out to breakfast (Sisters Bistro is awesome) and then relaxing by the pool. Sunsets here and amazing! We liked this place so much we are considering booking it for Thanksgiving!

My family and I just got home from an amazing vacation at Cape San Blas. A HUGE THANK YOU to Coastline and Mr. John of Pineapple Plantation for helping to make our vacation magical! It was the little details that set both apart from the rest. The house had everything we could ever imagine and more. After posting a frantic post on the Cape page looking something pretty quickly with specific needs, Mr. John connected with us. The moment I saw the house, l knew it was perfect. I called Coastline the following day to book the trip and the sweet lady I spoke with immediately knew who I was stating the owners had already reached out. The process was so easy! When we arrived, Coastline left a special birthday card and DELICIOUS cupcakes for my son's 13th birthday, and the owners left custom playing cards and shelling bags. His smile said it all! He felt like a king and so incredibly special they did this for him! We received a text within 24 hours after arriving just checking in. They had to come by once to deliver a new mattress, and even that was easy peasy! The point I am trying to make is even though I know they deal with many customers, every little thing they did made us feel like we were their only customers and they truly cared. Thank you to all of you at Coastline and Mr. John of Pineapple Plantation for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Cape San Blas. We had a short walk to the beach and the pool was fun as well. The big adventure was the pontoon boat we rented seeing wildlife and swimming too. To top it off we survived hurricane Debby!

This past week my family of 9 stayed at Private Reserve. The property itself was in great condition. There was plenty of room for everyone that went with us. We had many laughs and hopefully will be able to return again soon~ Thank you for a wonderful stay. The ladies in the office were always the kindest and most helpful too!! Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a small problem finding the cabin in the dark, but Elizabeth hung in there with us. Cabin was compact, but great for two adults. Would stay here again.

Great location! Great view of the beach from balconies - bring spices/oils/foil to cook but all other pots and pans are provided. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels - they provide 1 roll/ ea. Will definitely book again!

Perfect home for an extended family beach trip! First off, location is perfect, great beach area, views from the house were amazing and only about 50 steps to the sand. Lots of extra parking, screened porch was perfect and so was the outdoor furniture. There was a closet full of beach chairs, toys and a buggy! Several outdoor water faucets and a huge shower with hot/cold. Inside was perfectly decorated, very clean, with lots of seating in kitchen and family rooms. Beautiful views from all the windows. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook meals. I'm a picky beach house person and this one checked ALL our boxes. Thank you, we will return to Sanddollars and Sunsets for another trip. *we rented 2 stand up paddle boards with our Vakay credits and we used them all week!

We loved our time in Cape San Blas. This was a wonderful townhome right on the beach. The place was clean, well stocked and we felt right at home.

We fell in love with the house. It is absolutely charming. It was very clean and smelled so good. They were very responsive when we needed them. Kara was great. Would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing trip!! It was a Cape San Blast!!! The house accommodated our family of 8 perfectly! We spent lots of time on the porches, and in the pool! The kitchen was so well equipped - maybe better than my own kitchen! Everything was well maintained and lovely. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was beautiful! We rode bikes all the way to the state park!

My husband and I were able to enjoy three wonderful weeks at Ivey House. We shared this time with many members of our family and friends from Texas, Arizona and Iowa, who all fell in love with this great house, location and all the food, shopping and relaxing vibe of the Forgotten Coast. This particular house is a unique gem with plenty of space to gather or have some private time. The kitchen is well equipped with what you need for a crab boil to baking cookies. The outdoor area is a star in its crown.The covered patio allows gathering even in the hottest part of the day. With the upper deck views and cool breeze you can share or have some private time. The pool is perfect for cooling off after your very short walk to the beach. Unobstructed beach view and being right across 98 allows plenty of beach time and nightly sunset watching with ease. Plenty of parking we had a boat and most of the visit at least 3 cars. Outdoor shower for rinse off and suitable area to clean your days catch.

Merry Mermaid is a great house! Overall we enjoyed out stay very much. The location is wonderful, easy walk along the boardwalk to the beach. AC was cold all the time. My family of 7 was comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Did not love that the kitchen was on the 3rd floor, but I knew that going in so can't really complain! Biggest issue was the refrigerator was not cooling when we checked in. The temp was 65. I initially thought the cleaners must have left it open too long while cleaning. As the evening wore on it did not get any better. The cleaners or inspector should have caught this problem before we ever got there! Kudos to Coastline for coming over the next day to unlock a closet with the owners fridge in it for us to use. Still made for a VERY stressful 48 hours until our fridge was fixed. While overall the house was clean, there was still coffee in the coffee pot and the sliding glass door tracks are nasty! The freezer would make ice but not dispense it. There was nowhere to unpack groceries as all of the cabinets were full of kitchen items. I would recommend consolidating some of the dishes and glasses to give guests somewhere to put their groceries. Similarly, both queen rooms have no type of dresser or draws to unpack your clothes. I would recommend some sort of drawers of shelving so I don't have to live out of a suitcase for a week. A great house, attention to some details would make it an outstanding house.!

Great week at the beach staying at Avatar By The Sea. We ate outside on the deck many meals. The pool was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed and more. The nature trail to the beach is a short walk and wonderful that it is a buffer between neighbors. Coastline Vacation Rental team very helpful with the entire stay. Highly recommended place for vacation.

We really enjoyed the Mermaid Landing property and it's proximity to the beach. It was easy to hop in the car and visit a variety of beaches in the area from Mexico Beach to Indian Pass and St Joe Peninsula State Park. The pool was great for early morning and evening swims when we weren't at the beach. The grass was a little long when we arrived on Sunday, but the lawn care team showed Monday and cut the grass. The property was exactly what we needed in a great location.

This was an absolute wonderful place to stay. Everything you needed for the beach and pool. Enjoyed everything about it and would stay here again.

This place was perfect! Salty Beach is great. Plenty of room for our family of 10…plus 2 fur babies. We had small issue with water heater…but they came and fixed in a few hours..and also checked the next day to make sure everything was good! If you’re looking for a peaceful place…this is it!

We had a great week! This house is so pretty inside with plenty of space for our family of six. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because of the kitchen. We love to cook but the pots and pans were very cheap and several were covered in rust. My son cooked a pot of rice and it had black specks from the bottom of the pan in the rice. This is an easy fix for the owners. The outdoor space on the top floor was wonderful in the evenings and the back patio was wonderful in the mornings. Because of the way the house sits in relation to the sunrise and sunset, the back patio area is very hot in the evenings until the sun has almost set. It is not enjoyable at all, but the front porch with the ocean breeze in the evenings is wonderful! We would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Perch! Check-in process was smooth, Location was great, and the place was very clean. 10/10 overall experience. Highly recommend booking this place for your trip to Port St. Joe!

We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of our RV site. We were disappointed that we didn't have direct beach access due to the storms redirecting the creek in front of the site, however, this was unavoidable and Coastline made good by offering us a discount. The beach access road was just down the road and we were actually able to see our camper from the beach. All in all, it was a great week and we were very pleased with Coastline Vacation Rentals and would gladly recommend them.

Staff very kind. Sometimes hard to reach though. You likely have to leave a vm and they'll call you back. Unfortunately theres not the best signal when you're on the cape. Our rental property was amazing, for dog friendly it was very clean and had reverse osmosis filter on tap. Only negs if you want to call it, was propane tank was empty for the grill, the laundry machine had a mind of its own and master bath handle kept coming off in the shower. Price was fair and we ended up staying an extra day. Staff was able to accommodate us with discount too. I gave 4 stars because of difficulty reaching staff at times

I had the most relaxing, rejuvenating week staying at Sunset Treasures. It is everything I was expecting it to be and more. Sunset Treasures is beautifully decorated and the ocean view is absolutely amazing. It was so relaxing sitting on the deck, watching and listening to the waves. The house was perfect and equipped with everything we needed for our beach week. I have no complaints just praises for Elizabeth and Coastline Vacation Rentals. Thank you for making my beach week the best I’ve ever had. I will return next year!

This is our second time staying in Cape San Blas. We absolutely loved the area, Dolphin Cove, and the staff at Coastline Vacation Rentals were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The voucher from VayKLife was a nice perk. We rented the bikes and enjoyed several rides on the bike trail. We have already booked our stay for next year.

We just spent an amazing 6 days at Sand Dollars and Sunsets. This place has everything you can possibly need or want. Our favorite place is the screened in porch! You can hear the ocean and see it! The house is clean and very comfortable. The beach is very nice and not crowded. Just a perfect place to get away and relax! Great seafood just a couple of blocks away!

Sunset Treasures was a lovely property right on the beach. It was well maintained and very clean. However, we had under estimated the steepness of stairs going to the second floor bedroom. My arthritic knees made it uncomfortable going up and down. That was my fault not anything that Coastline could have done. Next time we will chose a single level property. One flight of stairs is manageable for us. Coastline is great to work with.

We really appreciate Coastline Vacation Rental even more than last year when renting through their services. We arrived earlier than check in as we were checked put of another property and had groceries we were wanted to get in the frig/freezer. We were grateful housekeeping was there and allowed us to put our groceries in. She was friendly, inviting and was ready for us. The house was clean. A new floor installed which we loved and a new large kitchen sink. Kara from Coastline told us to contact her if we needed anything. She contacted us a day or two after arrival to check in. And when we did reach out, she was quick to respond. We're happy to work with Kara and Coastline again. The home works great for us. And happy with the updates. If we're lucky enough to come again next year, we hope the updates continue. Thank you to the owners of the home and Coastline Vacation Rental.

We had a great time on our St. Joe Beach vacation and enjoyed Sea-renity house. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, very close to beach and bonus….the ice cream truck is a couple minutes walk! Loved sitting on screened porch and being able to see ocean. Only negative is no cable TV and one bedroom with no TV at all. Kara from Coastline was awesome!

We absolutely loved this place! The Ivey House is Right across the street from the beach with not much competition for spots on the beach! The sun room and hot tub were the most popular spots for my family. Definitely would come back! Kara was also a great help throughout the week!

We stayed at the Salty Beach property in PSJ in March 2024 for our intimate beach wedding and getaway and it was lovely. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and right on the beach. Coastline Vacation Rentals was excellent in communicating during our stay about anyone who would be on the property or other things. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this company and the property as well to others!
